Mom's bathroom toilet continues to leak. This needs to be fixed.

Finish remodeling the area in the den where two shelving units need to be completed and the right one repaired on the side.

Transition strips are needed where the hallway meets Dad's bathroom and study (office), parents, and guest room bedrooms.

The dishwasher door rubs up against the wooden cabinet, causing wear and tear on both. The dishwasher is unable to open entirely. When you open and close the dishwasher door it makes somewhat of a squeaky sound from the friction of the door and the wooden cabinet. This needs to be fixed.

The area where the cabinets were removed needs cosmetic work: trimming and whatever else needs to be added.
